Concept Costume Creators band launch 2017 - Into D Future

Concept Costume Creators in conjunction with Carnival Revolution, held their presentation Into D Future at the Toronto Plaza Hotel. We were pleased it was in our neck of the woods. They began at midnight.
Happy Birthday to Witfield Belasco, the only Toronto Carnival band leader who has been participating since the beginning of Caribana, 50 years ago.
When someone with the band started in on the usual unnecessary lecture telling us you must buy a costume, and to respect the mas, 🙄 the room went silent except for the steupsing, and someone (not me, I swear) from the crowd yelled "We know!" and "We are masqueraders!". So that shut that down, and he didn't continue.  👍 👏
